We offer a wide variety of paddle equipment from brands like Pulse, Sol, Quick Blade, and Hala Gear. Whether you’re a seasoned pro or a beginner, we have the perfect experience for you.

Self-Service Weekday Paddle Rentals (No Staff On Site)
Our kiosk is fully automated and open 365 days a year. Current hours are 7am-7pm*
No reservations needed — just walk up, follow the on-screen steps, and launch.
Enjoy a sunrise or sunset paddle on your schedule.
*Kiosk locks at 5:59pm. You must rent before then and be off lake by dark.

Important Information:
- Kiosk is walk-up only
- Keep your credit card you used as this is now your key for access to your locker
- One transaction per rental
- NETWORK BUSY = Machine is thinking…Please wait 2 minutes
- All equipment + life vests provided in lockers
- How to Enter (Complimentary Access)
Safety:
- DO NOT PADDLE in Winds that are consistent at 15mph or more
- Check weather prior to renting
- You must have basic swim skills
- NO Lifeguard on duty
- Wear appropriate swimming attire
- You must wear life vest at all times (SUP must wear leash)
- DO NOT stand on Paddle boards while on the ground
- Rentals at your own risk
- You must be back after sunset, you will receive a ticket.

- Equipment has tracking devices for your safety
- Equipment can not leave Pilot Knoll Park
- All equipment goes back to the # on the locker
- Lock all equipment to avoid additional charges

Suggested Paddle Routes From Pilot Knoll Park
- Shoreline Explorer: Stay close to the park for a relaxing cruise and wildlife views.
- Cove Paddle: Head south toward the huge white house for a peaceful, low-wake zone.
- Sunset Launch: Rent around 5:30–6 PM (weekday kiosk) and head towards the 2499 bridge or boat ramp for a calm, golden-hour paddle.
- Challenging Paddle: For more experienced paddlers, go left into open waters and towards the campground.
Things to Know
- Embark on an exciting experience! You’ll master basic SUP skills and water safety. All equipment is provided.
*Note: Basic swimming skills are essential. If you fall off your board and your life vest comes off, ensure you can swim back to your board. - Wear a comfy swimsuit or swim-friendly outfit—just steer clear of anything baggy. Embrace the magic of the water, dressed for adventure and ready to shine!
- Pack your adventure essentials: Towel, sunscreen, water bottle, snack, and a big smile!
Remember: Phones, watches, prescription glasses, sunglasses, and jewelry do not float. Keep them safe!
